What is PlanMoses?

PlanMoses is simply a construction service that provides "as-built" drawings of existing residential or commercial buildings. We are not engineers or architects.

The service we provide is helpful to a design professional, in that, it is not always profitable for them, or their employees, to make a site visit to measure an existing building. We measure the building and then provide a scaled drawing with dimensions to the design professionals.

We provide other services as well. We can help you get your drawings submitted for a permit at your local building department. We will meet with you and prepare the application for a permit. We can also notarize your signature as needed on the application.

For the municipalities that require electronic plan review and submission of documents, we can handle the submission process for you.

About the Owner: Guy Priest has 46 plus years of experience in construction related work. He was a Plans Examiner for 14 years. His experience on the other side of the counter is helpful as a draftsman and permit expediter.

Our services

As-Built Drawings

Our staff will measure the existing building and draw it, to scale on AutoCad. Then send it to your design professional.

Permit Expediter Service

It takes time to prepare the permit applications and documents for submittal. Some of the questions require investigation that, again, takes time. Our service prepares the application and the documents for you. All that is needed from you is your signature.

Notary Service

Permit Applications require that the signature be acknowledged or affirmed by a Notary. This usually means you have to hold off signing the documents until you are in the presence of a notary public.
We can notarize your signature at the time you sign the documents.
